In February 2004 Harrison Solway became a shareholding member of the newly formed, overnight pallet network called Pallet-Track. From its original site in Wednesbury in the West Midlands, Pallet Track handled 852 pallets in its first night of operation. Representatives from the press were invited to witness the event, which was, and still is, a record volume of freight for the first night of any pallet network in the country.
Pallet-Track is now the countries fastest growing pallet network. It has since moved to a brand new, state-of-the-art 267,000 square foot distribution centre in Wolverhampton. It handles in excess of 6,500 pallets per night through an 80-strong shareholding member network and utilises the latest in Track & Trace Technology.
